In 2022, Angel Soft® bath tissue launched a new roll size—Super Megas! But, with this larger roll came some big challenges, especially when it comes to online sales. Will the consumer understand the difference in roll size compared to traditional Mega rolls without seeing the roll in person? Would consumers fear that the roll is too large to fit on their standard roll holders? Would they trust that the product had not been changed in any other way? We set out to overcome the potential barriers to purchase by shooting custom photography and creating eCommerce content that would clearly communicate key product benefits.

Results

Super Mega rolls recently launched on Amazon.com. The client was satisfied that the content will help to educate consumers on the benefits of Super Mega rolls and help overcome potential consumer concerns about the product fit and quality.
