Branding an In-House Agency Team

In 2020, Georgia-Pacific’s Consumer Products division underwent a re-org and sought to consolidate creatives from across the organization into one cohesive team. Some of the creatives had never worked together previously and their past teams had different capabilities from one another, so there was an opportunity to unify the team with a new vision and name.

I facilitated a team-wide brainstorm to help ideate a new name and craft the team’s vision. Inspired both by GP’s origin in lumber and our vision to be our brand’s storytellers, the team aligned on the name “Campfire Creative”. I created a visual identity system for Campfire Creative, including a logo, color palette, fonts, stickers and templates for the team’s Instagram page and presentations in PowerPoint.
